i have the hair growth on the face and had laser hair removal 3 years ago...and guess what!!!! IT'S BAAAAAAAACK!!!!
I was told that w/ PCOS laser only works on the active follicles...and that more can pop up later. Even w/ the hair guarantee...there really is not guarantee w/ cysters

I get soo ashamed to look in the mirror and feel like im looking like a man..But ive gotten used to it...i shave and pluck and wax and all the good stuff...as long as not one sees it im ok lol but im still soo embarresed...but ive learned to live with it no big thing til it gets worse and i hope it dont..im hoping the metformin im taking will help a little....Good luck ladies

the handbook is wonderful! thank you so much. someone mentioned that it would be great for this condition to be posted more in papers, etc. i actually learned about PCOS when my girlfriend read an article about a student at our college who had it! she read about the girls' symptoms and she says to me, ''i think you have this'' i was embarrassed that my gf knew my symptoms but it turned out to be such a blessing! the only good thing to come out of our college newspaper. lol at least i know now that i'm not alone, and many other women are experiencing the same things i'm going through! love and good luck to you all. you are not alone in your struggles (social and physical/emotional/etc)!
How frustrating I cant seem to download this and am DESPERATLEY looking for hair info right now. ANy chance of someone copy and pasteing it as a post here?
