I'm not quite sure what you mean here.
Are you talking about having chin and neck hair following a pregnancy, or having a baby in spite of having chin and neck hair.
My children were all born when I had male-type moustache growth. By the time my youngest was born, my beard had also begun to grow in. I've been shaving my moustache since I was 13 and every day since I was 15. My beard since I was about 40. I found that pregnancy tended to slow down my moustache and beard growth considerably. It still grew in, but much slower. Presumably my hormone balance was much nearer to that of a normal female when I was pregnant but it clearly shifted away from that again afterwards.
