Today is CD 24 for me. I had u/s this morning and the doc told me I am about to O, like today. He will confirm later with blood work results. This is my first time TTC and first time using Clomid. Should I be excited that if I am going to O, I can do BD tonight and/or for the next couple of nights and maybe get a BFP soon? How long will I have to wait until I can test? I did not think that this would happen in the first month.

My test didn't come back positive until about 14dpo. Some people get positives much sooner than that (9dpo) however if you are triggering, you'll want to make sure that you test out the trigger to know that its a real positive and not just the trigger shot. Good luck!
