I highly recommend Dance Dance Revolution!! (also Kinetic)

Here's a VERY long thread on it:
Dance, Dance Revolution - is it for PS2 'and' xBox?

One more:
Dance Dance Revolution anyone?

So much fun, and there are tons of stories of teens losing a LOT of weight using ddr. I read a story that all schools in Virginia now offer DDR to their students.

I walk and run and do a little bit of pilates. Working on being able to run for 30 minutes straight. I also own a pair of rollerblades.

Hi, my doctor told me that I needed to exercise too and I have two different dvds jillian michaels and the biggest loser, they were fun for a couple of months and I got sick of having to do that because people are popping in and out of my house all the time..so my school has a weight room and usually I go on the tredmil or the eliptical machines and sometimes i lift a few weights for toning!

Hey! I have the DDR thing and it works great! Something else that I've borrowed from a friend and I am trying it out ( AND LOVING IT!) is WATP ( Walk Away The Pounds!)

Have you tried anything else?
