Default Extreme Fatigue

Hi Everyone.

I'm a new member and have one question today.
Have any of you experienced extreme fatigue right before AF? For the last year my cycles have been regular, but I am in more pain than ever, the bleeding is so heavy I have to use incontinence pads, I fill them, and I have noticed this exhaustion that demands sleep and only sleep.

Thanks.

Valjac

I expirience the same thing only my fatigue continues until after af has gone away. I think I'm anemic. Also my doc is trying to throw bcps at me to help with the bleeding. So I can totally relate. Only I wish I couldnt. Hang in there.

Unhappy

Me too! The week leading up to my af I feel like I "can't cope" I am always chasing my tail, late, tired, and it is all I can do to go to work then come home and sleep! I'm afraid I haven't found the solution yet

I'm really tired all of the time. Then again, I haven't gotten AF in several months so who knows if that has anything to do with it!

I suffered from this too, except it didn't go away. I felt like I was loosing it! Thankfully, it has passed.

Try taking a higher dosage of B vitamins (50s or 100s) during the day, and taking calcium/magnesium before you go to bed at night (it helps you sleep better). If you have to cut certain things out in the evening because you are tired - do it.

Do whatever makes you relax: a bath, a glass of wine, a walk, whatever.

Hope this might help.
