Default Extremely sore breasts

I was diagnosed with PCOS 10-11 years ago. As of the past year or so, I have noticed that my breasts get extremely sore about a week before my period is scheduled to start. They feel heavy and like they're on fire. It is severely painful. Do any of you other ladies experience this?

Sometimes before I get my period I feel like someone has injected pudding into my breasts in my sleep.

From what I read, I know that sore nipples and breasts are because of high progesterone levels due to release from corpus luteum, a body that comes into action right after ovulation and keep producing progesterone up until your period if you don't get pregnant. It's aim is to prepare uterus for a possible implantation.

I feel your pain sister. Seems like the girls have been sore for longer & longer each month for me! Last month was the worst, they hurt for 14 days straight, right up until I started. The wierd thing is that this is the first time in months that they haven't hurt & AF should, although I hope not ;>), show up any day now. I'm at the end of the 2ww after the first round of Clomid 50 mg, I wonder if that has anything to do with it???
