Default Ezekiel 4:9- Low carb cereal

http://www.shopnatural.com/html/19983.htm

I bought 2 flavors of this cereal and it's not bad. I mixed them together and had to add a bit of Splenda.

It's supposedly taken from this verse:

"Take wheat and barley, beans and lentils, millet and spelt; put them in a storage jar and use them to make bread for yourself. You are to eat it during the 390 days you lie on your side."

I knew they made a bread, but not cereal. I bought the bread once - very dry and got moldy, while in the fridge after 2 days
Sounds like good cereal though sans Splenda

I have also seen the bread and bagels they sell at this Herb Store I go to, I am sure they have the cereal there to. I buy the Ezekiel Oil, I know it's not food but have you ever tried it?

Jash- The Ezekiel Oil is good for almost everything. Acclaimed as having antiviral, anitbacterial, antiseptic, antifungal and analegesic properties. Said to be an entire first aid kit in a bottle. Unlimited uses: Burns, Cuts, Puncture Wounds, Canker Sores, Toothaches, Sorethroats, Rashes, Earaches, Nail Fungus, Sinustis, Athletic's Foot and more. I bought it at a small herb store and it does work good, very strong, I really like it and My mom and aunt even went and got some. It is $12.95 for a 10oz bottle, but you can use it for so many things. You can go to: www.dc1onlinestore.com and check it out, if you don't have a store near you that sells it, then you can get it right from that site, I have used so many of there products and even when my boys were small. Check it out.
* My Dad had used so many of there products when he was very ill and it helped him out alot, and even some of his test results had improved and he was just strictly using there products.

Thanks for the info! I had never heard of that. Is it just made out of the stuff the bread is, but in oil form?

I eat Ezekiel bread all the time. I keep it in the freezer, tho, and buy it from a frozen display.
