Well I can't believe it... I'm suppose to be half way to manchester by now and I'm back at home...
I got all the way to the coach station after getting up at 6am this morning, leaving the house at 7.15...... got there and couldn't see my coach on the departures board so went to the information desk.....well, apparently there wasn't an 0830 bus going from London - Manchester!!!!!! It didn't exsist!!!.... now tell me I'm not seeing things.... this booking says 0830 yes?????

Well the guy at the information desk said the coach left at 0800...........he's words 'you've been conned' ...... he sent me around to the megabus terminal and help desk.... of course there was no-one there - the shutters were down..... so I called my friend who booked the tickets (and works for the mother company of mega bus) and he is currently looking into what happened.
There was no point in me getting onto another bus - I would have been coming back before I got up there.... so basically I spent about £10 for nothing just getting to the coach station and getting supplies (drink, magazine etc) for the journey and never went!
I'm so so so sorrry to briggy and Donna - I feel like I've let you both down - I was sooo looking forwards to getting away from the day - you know would have been a day off from everything!! and meeting you lovely ladies too....
It bloody serves me right for going cheap though doesn't it? grrrrrrrrrr
So there we have it.... after looking forwards to so many meet ups in the past few weeks everything's gone wrong ..........
At least I met Jess last weekend and I'm so glad I did - and it was all last minute lol!

I on the other hand did actually make it to Manchester today, Hope Hospital A&E Department in Salford actually where I spent from 10am this morning to after 4pm with my mum….
Eva, she's doing okay... stuff surrounding her transplant means it was best to get her checked at A&E… thanks for your concern!
Nyksta - I just checked the megabus website and they have the London to Manchester departure down for 8.30am Monday through to Sunday, so be sure to put a complaint in and get your money back + compensation for there incompetence!
