Ah, sorry you're new job isn't what you had hoped it would be! I hope it gets better soon.

The smoothies can be made really quickly depending on what you use. For a fast and easy smoothie, just get some pre-washed greens, and just quickly slice up an apple, pear or add a banana, and if you have any frozen fruits, throw some in, blend, rinse, and you're done!

I was so excited to find this thread! I have been blending for a week now using a mix of organic baby greens, organic frozen fruit, two cups of water and flax seeds. But, I have noticed more flare-ups since I started. Is this normal? Perhaps pushing the toxins out?

Hi malona. I have the icky jawline stuff, too. I have only been doing this little over a week, so I haven't noticed any improvement in my skin yet. But my mood is a lot better! I am using a regular blender. Some of the women recommend juicers, but I think a blender is better than nothing.

Sure! I use mixed baby greens from Earthbound Farm and frozen strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries or raspberries. All organic; all from Whole Foods. I think it is important to use organic since there should be fewer pesticides and the whole point is to be properly nourished. The taste is actually really good! Don't get me wrong -- it's not dessert. My boyfriend says it tastes "healthy." I enjoy them a lot, though.

Good luck! Let us know how it goes.

Jeanette,

Yikes! Maybe you could order from Amazon or Amazon.co.uk? I don't know if the shipping costs to New Zealand would offset the savings or not, but it's worth a look. They have blenders from twenty dollars before shipping.
