Default facial hair AFTER pregnancy

Hello!
I have not been diagnosed with PCOS as the only symptoms I have are acne and facial hair on my chin and the dr. said that it's most likely that my skin has become extra sensitive to testosterone.
I had laser treatments done almost 2 years ago with fantastic results but became pregnant and have noticed more facial hair growth in the last month or two (I am 39 weeks pregnant), especially on my neck. Not coarse dark hairs, but a lot of long fine hair with a tint of dark in certain lights.
I am just wondering for those of you who have been pregnant, did your facial hair get worse and then go back to what it was before you were pregnant after you had the baby?
Everywhere I read says that extra hair is normal during pregnancy and that it will return to normal within 6 months after you give birth, but naturally, that information is for women with no underlying conditions, whether it's PCOS or skin that is extra sensitive to testosterone.
Any experiences would be appreciated! Thanks!

I had my son 10 months and a half months ago. During pregnancy I also experienced an increase in facial hair and hoped that it would return to what it was before. Well I'm still hoping...it has in fact gotten even worse than it was while I was preg. I have asked my dr what I could do and he just said pluck since I'm still BF and we're trying for baby #2. Anything that I could use for treatment is not recommended for either nursing or prego mothers. Probably not what you may have wanted to hear but this was my experience - hope it helps.

Shaving's a whole lot less painful than plucking.
