I've been pregnant four times--three times I was on the pill; however, I have m/c 3 of the pregnancies and had one stillbirth. Only way I knew it failed was when AF didn't show and had pregnancy symptoms. Being stressed out about it doesn't help matters much either (was like that last month and AF delayed for two days) but I'm not pregnant.
