 False ovulation signs?
I did 40 mg of soy isoflavones for 5 days (I started mid-cycle cd 26-30). Starting day 2 I had twinges in the right ovary. On Sunday and Monday I had TONS of EWCM. Yesterday (Monday) I had really strong pains in the right ovary all day and some in the left. I thought for sure I would be ovulating but no. My temps are even lower today and there is less EWCM than there was the previous two days. There is still EWCM though. The cervix is still high and open. I haven't felt any O pains at all today. How does that make any sense? If I was still going to ovulate why would I have had such strong pains yesterday? I am so discouraged right now, I was really thinking this was working.
