It was Answer Early. Theres an article on
http://peeonstick.com about Answer and First Response giving false positives. But a false positives only lasts a few mins or up to 4 hrs. My positive hpt has been there almost 48 hrs.
The first hpt I took was Answer but in a different box I took it at 6pm- I had it left over from last cycle.
Then I took a Answer from a different box, that I bought after I got a positive- and it was negative~ I took it at 6:40pm.
Then the next morning with FMU I tested with Answer again from that same box that I got the 1st negative, and negative.
Later that day I tested with First Response- negative.
What I don't understand is, if its a false positive, why is the positive still on the hpt?
And if its a false positive my ovulation must of caused it, but why didn't it cause it on the 2nd hpt I tested with like 40 mins later?
