I am more interested in the extract I think...do you know how long a one ounce bottle would last me? I am unsure if I should get the 4ounce bottle if I'm trying it for the first time. I found it online with shipping for $14.25. Is this ok? Thanks!!!

first of all, could you please tell me what website you found it at? I bought a bottle of the capsules and for a month supply it's $30.
Anyway, I just started FUR and I really think it's going to help. I won't know for sure until next week to see if I O... but I do feel better, less tired.

I reread my post and it sounds like it was 14.25 for the 4 ounce bottle. That's for the 1 ounce bottle...sorry for the confusion! The 4ounce bottle is 38.45 and that includes shipping. That is from botanical.com . Did you get your from TTC.com ?Do you think the pill form is better?
