aaah.. talking of verity (slight subject change)... is it worth joining? i've never been impressed with their site as it doesn't seem to give much information. i can understand the concept that they need funding, but i would've liked to have seen some more general info on there.

but (aside from funding a good cause) i'd love to know if it is worth joining - do you know what they offer their subscribers?

I've been a member of Verity for the past two years and though I wouldn't exactly say I have received any particular support or learnt a lot about PCOS through them, I certainly don't regret joining. The way I see it is that is my membership fee helps to promote PCOS in this country it can only be for all our benefit.

I would say it is worth joining Verity (for information) if you are new to PCOS. The quartely mag is quite an interesting read.
