I am seeing Dr. Ari Baratz at the CReATE clinic at Bay and College. I was diagnosed by him in September 2008 and have been in treatment since then. There are 4 docs in that office (2 female, 2 male) and all are fantastic. I was referred by my GP. They are affiliated with Sunnybrook and also Women's.
Can't say enough good things about them.

P.S. Even though they're called "CReATE IVF Program" they do everything starting at natural fertility (drugs but no intervention), IUI up to IVF. We only did IUI and are stopping after 3 rounds but they do it all.
