I make this dessert when I need something that is fast and I always get rave reviews on it.

1 graham cracker crust
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 small can frozen limeade or lemonade (if I can't find the small cans I use 1/2 of the regular size can)
1 small tub cool whip thawed

Mix together by hand last three ingredients until well blended. Pour into the graham cracker crust and chill at least 5 hours or overnight. I decorate the top with whipped cream dollops and candied lime slices or those little candied fruit slices.

They have the cheesecake in a tub. All you have to do is add it to a graham cracker crust and you are all set! It is so good. You can also mix stuff into the mixture before adding to the crust.

I make that, too, but without the condensed milk. It's really good with pink lemonade. I use a regular size can and a normal tub of cool whip. It's the only time I'll touch the stuff.

Another simple dessert is a Fool. Stewed fruit folded into whipped cream. I like to use a meatless mincemeat (just fruit and nuts and spices, no suet or anything). It's great in the autumn and around Christmas time!

I love the new cheesecake in a tub. What I did for a dessert was get one grahm cracker crust and kinda broke it up and then placed it in a ziplock bag and started crushing it all then I got tall glasses and layered fruit(strawberries, blueberries, rasberries) and some cheesecake filling from the tub and then some of the crushed grahm cracker crust and just layered the whole glass until filled and then topped it off with a big dab of cool whip at the top of the glass. It was soooo good!

* I got the frozen berry mixture and put a little sweet n low on it and let it thaw and then layered everything in a glass. I also bought the fat free cool whip.

It was a quick and easy dessert, but really good!!!
