As long as your glucose levels were normal with the low insulin, there's nothing to worry about. If your glucose levels were sky high and your insulin was low, that would create some concern that your pancreas was unable to produce adequate insulin (type I diabetes), but your doctor would definitely have said something, as high blood sugar would definitely get some attention. In other words, I wouldn't worry!
