Hiya Ess,

I know exactly how you feel. Every so often I feel totally burned out and there never seems to be a good reason at the time for how exhausted I feel! It's a nightmare! I hate to think how many days I have had to phone in sick at work because I physically couldn't get out of bed! If i get a day off during this time I can sleep the day and the night away easily!

Luckily mine only lasts a couple of days and then I'm fine for a while ... I'm unsure what causes it ... i don't have cycles so i can't put it down to that but i do know that eating carbs makes me feel much worse.

I'd be really interested to know if anyone knows what causes it and most importantly how to stop it!

Exhausted Hugs
Lisa

Hi Ess

Yes, I get this too. I have found that I feel a bit better since starting a multi vit, but I think I said that to you in chat yesterday ...... and that you already take one - can't remember :rolleyles:

Hello Ess

I do sympathise with you but don't suffer from this level myself. I still feel tired for most of the day after 9 hours sleep a night but can manage to function.

Why don't you try looking at your diet and making sure that you are eating enough fruit and veg, maybe organic varieties. You might be sensitive to processed food or pesticides. I started eating healthily 3 days ago (again ) and am already feeling less, ummmm, leaden. Exercise might help - it always gives me more energy.

If none of the above appeals, or works then look on the bright side, as I do, when I'm sleeping, I'm having lovely dreams and not eating
