I've been having all the trouble in the world just to get my hands on some chromium polynicotinate ( ChromeMate). I live in Canada and we don't have that here...we have chromium yeast but it's not as good as ChromeMate so I have no choice but to order it from the US. The problem is that many online companies charge waaaay too much just for a small bottle of Chromium ( sometimes 20$ shipping). I was wondering if one of you kind ladies living in the US, could get me some ChromeMate and ship it to me? I would pay you through Paypal since it's faster. I would like if possible the ChromeMate from Source Naturals 240 tabs...two bottles of these but if you can't get it from Source Naturals, then Solaray or Solgar are also good. Anyway, it would be very much appreciated. Thanks!

Also remember that you will be charge duty on any shipments from the USA.

yeahh I know...that sucks! But my mother is going in a week to Florida so I've asked her to bring me back some bottles. I don't know why we don't have chromium polynicotinate here...stupid canadian regulations loll
