I'm in the south so it's already mid 70's here, even though we had snow flurries last week. I was wondering what everyone's fav healthier snacks are.
Here's some of mine:
Swizzel Stix (I have two boxes in my fridge at all time )
Luigi's No added Sugar Italian Ice
Chocolate Mouse (SF or FF pudding mixed with SF or FF cool whip)
Fruit Pizza

fruit pizza? that sounds interesting.

Some of my fav snacks: fruit, string cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, carrots with ranch, pretzels, reduced fat cheez-its, triscuits....

YUMMMM!

It's more of an indulgence but you can make it healthier. It's a sugar cookie crust (make your own healthy version) and cream cheese(LF or FF) , sugar (use splenda) and vanilla filling. I like mine topped with Strawberries, kiwi, blackberries & banana.

I've seen them with graham cracker crust and pudding filling.

I like granola bars, peanut butter oats bars, fruit, popcorn, fruit leather, toast with honey.....

ohh yeah!! i was reading some health magazine and it said to substitute butter for honey.

I also like peanut butter on my toasted english muffin (i've been in a "nut" faze lately!)

I love frozen blueberries, peanuts, pork rinds, red bell peppers, celery with all natural peanut butter, and cucumbers with a low fat dill dip.

I love fruit pizza too but from our local pizza shop (Hells for anyone in NZ). Although they are strictly dessert pizzas and have just as much sugary stuff as they do fruit lol

I've been munching on salami sticks lately. I have to watch my salt intake so I buy the kids mini ones but I find them a great alternative to carb heavy snacks.
