I was steering clear of SC for a while 'cos I get depressed and talking about my symptoms was not helping me!! Please don't worry when you don't see me about, I tend to disappear when I am down in the dumps, but I bounce back when I'm picking up.
I am on Lustral now, not noticing many changes at the moment, but I'm not dwelling on the negative all the time, also I will be going to a councillor soon to try and talk though my stress, I moved jobs which has helped too....I am also getting IPL treatment for my facial hair so I have a little positive stuff going on.
it was lovely to switch on and see a message addressed to me - nice to be missed!

Glad to hear that some things are looking up, although sorry you felt you had to stay away. I had a big break last year, so I understand.
I hope you find a good counsellor, I'm seeing one just now to deal with stress and it's a great help. It really helps to talk to someone impartial and although I'm going over a lot of rough stuff I'm almost seeing it through someone else's eyes and finding that I'm not as f*cked up as I thought!
Anyway, it's good to see you here.
