Feel empty

For the past two days, I have just felt really off. Not myself, enough to freak me out. In my head it just feels like a giant bubble.

I really have to force myself to concentrate. Not sleeping well either.

I don't know if it is the stress from TTC for 8 months catching up with me or something else.

I am not on any meds right now. Shouls I maybe make an appointment? Or just wait it out?

I think it sounds like you need a massage and to relax? And after you can relax, a day off to relax and sleep?

I feel like that sometimes. It especially gets me when I'm feeling stressed and overwhelmed by things in my life... but what it generally means is that I just need a shift in perspective.

I am actually looking into getting a massage. I mentioned that to my husband last night and he said maybe I should get one monthly.

I was just talking to a friend and the best way I can describe all this is that I feel as thought I am not attached to myself anymore. It took almost two days now to figure out that this is how I feel and what I am feeling. Its like my soul is gone or just totally worn out.

It sounds less like a medical issue, like depression, than the result of the stress of TTC. Try doing some stuff to relax--yoga, a massage, taking time for yourself doing whatever you enjoy. If after a few weeks, that doesn't work, or if you feel worse, then I'd make an appointment.

I am lucky to have a friend that is a massage theripst. She is coming to my house tomorrow with her table and I will be getting an hour and a half massage. I am just going to try to take it day by day. I am a serious contol freak and like to have everything organized, I feel like I have just lost that all, I cant be as organized as I want to be because everything is based off of "when and if". So I need to let that control freak in me out lol
