I'm not TTC, but my partner and I have always said that if it happened by accident, it'd be a blessing.
I'm usually on the pill, but I had a kidney infection and took two lots of antibiotics. Somehow I got my dates mixed up and ended up leaving myself unprotected for 2 weeks.
I conceived, somehow - seems like a bit of a miracle for it to only take 2 weeks (and possibly less, the doctor think I conceived within the first few days) but wasn't aware until I miscarried last night. Part of me had an inkling of what was going on (running to the loo, feeling sick) but I'd just put it down to the infection not clearing up.
My partner is 140 miles away at college and isn't back until Friday. I just feel so lost, the doctor gave me some pills to help it along and some painkillers (which don't work for emotional pain, do they?) and said it'd hopefully happen naturally.
How can so many women get and stay pregnant? I feel like the world has closed in on me.
