Default Feelin' great in the mornin'

Hey,

I feel great in the the AM, but most evening/nights I am depressed and feel like I can't do anything. I worry about the future, and that I won't make it. However, when the morning comes and the sun is shining I feel pretty good. I want to do things like go back to school, excel at my job, etc. Again when night comes I feel anxiety about the same things and I am glad that I am home and dread if I have to work the next day. I really don't understand what is going on. I thought maybe I have low serotonin at night. Any thoughts on what is going on. This has been going on for a very long time. Thanks for any help or advice you might have.

Hi,

It sounds a little like I am feeling right now well actually the past 7 years… with some long term depression in between.

Mornings I am okay… not everyday but the past week I was good, then come 2pm ish onwards I just go low, moody, on edge and lots of other things, I am trying to deal with.

All I can suggest is go see a doctor, maybe you need something to stable the low points…

Good Luck.

I agree with see a Dr. My panic attacks set in during the night periods and I was told it was bc during the day I was doing stuff and going out etc and then when I sat down and it was relax time they would come out. I see Drs and take medicine for it but distraction and breathing and other tools have helped too. Good luck!
