Default Feeling "Blah" after stopping Met

I mentioned this last week about having to stop my metformin until I visit the doctor on the 15th. Well, since stopping I've had a kind of "sick" feeling. It's hard to explain. It's sort of a nasuated feeling. I just feel blah. Do you think it could be my blood sugar? Like I said in the other post the doc said I was IR.

Another strange thing (this is kind of a weird thing) about my fingers. My fingers used to be very very sensitive to heat. Heat from warm water, heat from cooking, the fireplace or any other source of heat would make my fingers feel like they were burning or stinging. Well, I hadn't really noticed until they started hurting again but sometime in the last year they stopped. This week it started again. I can only wonder if the metformin helped them. I just don't know.

Well, if anyone has any thoughts I'd love to hear your opinions. Should I try to get into see the doc before the 15th to get my blood sugar checked? Do you think my sensitive fingers were helped by the metformin? Thanks!

Default

For me, it was pain in my feet.
I went off the Gluc for 5 weeks(long story)
But I have mornings now when I get out of bed, it is such horrible pain to walk.

I started taking GlucXR angain and added One a Day for women and potassium.

So hopefully in a week or so, things will get better.

But it is related to IR.

Hang in there,

Patty
