I am not in good spirits right now and I needed a little support. I thought that since AF was coming that I was in the clear. I just knew I was on the right track. now I find out that just because it comes doesn't mean I ovulated. I am ready to stop the met and throw in the towel. Spirit isn't looking too bright right now.

I know! Up until a few years ago I thought that since I was getting my period everything was A o.k.! YEAH right!
Are you temping? Have you been to the doc for a day 21 progesterone test, or an ovulation predictor kit? I would talk to your doc about it and ask him to do a day 21 progesterone test.
It's aloso hard because some months you may ovulate and some you may not! Don't give up on the met it has helped me out alot, just sometimes takes awhile!
(((((hugs)))))

Thanks TP. I go to the doc on 4/26. I started temping this cycle. Never did it before. So I am keeping track on FF. My doc wanted to give met a try and see how things go with that. I guess it is a start that AF has come every month. This whole process is a lil confusing at times. Sometimes I think I should stop and let God let it happen, but then I say I have come this far, a little help won't hurt. I guess I am just in a mood today.

Don't give up! Chalk it down to a bad day or a bad week. As you say, you have come a long way.... put your faith in God and wait and see what the Dr. says at your appointment. I know that this disease is so disheartening at times... it's really difficult to keep motivated all the time... so allow yourself to have times when you deal with the negative feelings and then focus on the future and on the positive things in your life.
