i don't know why i am feeling down things aren't that abd in my life at the moment i just feel exhausted all the time it got so bad last night i started crying which i haven't done in a while
i don't really know the purpose of this post i just needed to get out the fact i do feel sad at the moment and i really don't know why

Lyndsey, I'm sorry you are going through this right now. I go through the same thing for no apparent reason at times, and all I can come up with is the hormonal surges due to PCOS are aggravating my mood.

I know it's so frustrating to be depressed when you don't feel that you have a "reason" to be. At least here you don't ever have to have a reason! Anytime you need to talk, we're here!

Hope you feel better soon. Very often, depression doesn't give you any warning, just rolls on out of the blue and flattens you. Thank goodness there are so many people here who can relate and offer support.
