hi everyone

i started Met yesterday and upto press ive felt ok no running to the loo or stomach cramps.I've felt a bit sick especilly at bed time but i think that was just in anticipation waiting for the side affects to come.lol The only thing is i just feel a bit weird it's hard to explain i dont feel dizzy or anything my head has just felt like really fuzzy all day.Any one else...

i initailly had that "funny" feeling with met.......i`v been on it for three months now & i don`t have the fuzzy head anymore.
I found taking a b12 supplement helped too......all i can say is persevere & yuo`ll get through it

The fussy head seems to have gone now and tiredness has hit.I have slept ike a log for the last couple of days while on the Met, i got up at 7 this morning then at 11am sat down and dosed from 11 o'clock while 2o'clock i felt absolutley shattered.
