Dear Leanne,

I'm not sure, I'm NOT a DR or anything, but perhaps your feelings *could* be caused by your over indulgance. It might be that you are forcing your blood sugar up too high and that is making you feel horrible?

I'm fairly new here, so don't take my word for anything but a silly opinion, but you might want to start out be setting diet guidelines. Getting a steady and set diet might help you feel better. And exercise! I know you don't feel like it, but it's amazing the energy you can get from even a little exercise. ^^;

Good luck, cyster!

If you've been eating more sugar than usual than it most likely is the reason. A high sugar diet (choc etc) will actually counter-act the drug and give us really nasty side effects. Get back to your old plan or try eating to control your insulin and you'll probably feel like a new woman.

Good luck!
