I'm exercising 6 days a week. But for the past two days, I am feeling so tired that even 7-8 hours of sleep isn't even adequate enough. I don't know what this means or what is going on.
I am napping in the late afternoon and sleeping after I take my daughter to school. What is wrong with me??

Have you been eating anything differently lately? It could be anything you are doing really good things for your self right now and when you are doing so well sometimes it can be easy to see what is causing the problem. start paying attention to what you have eaten prior to feeling that way or what you have done are you doing more exercise lately by lengthening your time, maybe its a little to long. These are just thoughts thrown out there to help you think of what the cause might be. I am a strong believer in knowing your body and noticing what makes you tick. HTH GOOD Luck

My TCM doctor said that it was because I'm not used to "giving up blood".
After a week of being perpetually sleepy, I went home on Friday night, took a 3 hour nap, ate some food, then went back to sleep. . .for 12 hours!

How has your enegry level been lately? Still feeling tired, or just before AF arrives? Have you been checked for anemia? Are you getting enough iron? B12? Folic Acid?
Hope you are feeling better.

I recommend including 2,000 IUs of Vitamin D3 to your vitamin regimin. It has done wonders for my sleeping habits. I am much more alert. YOu might be suffering from a defincancy. |

I recently stopped Saw Palmetto because it hurt my stomach far too much. I also started Probiotics (Acidolpholis- SPELLING?) recently as well. Will the d3 interact with any of that?

D3 is pretty benign in terms of side effects. I take many many different supplements and have had no interaction problems. I would just say that you should take D3 with a fatty meal, and with fish oil if you take it. It is better utilized in the presence of omega-3s and fats in general. (As it is a fat-souble vitamin).
By the way, I noticed that you take picolinate- the polycolinate works much better. |

I'll definitely ask my doctor to run a blood/iron test on me the next time I see her. I am prone to anemia as it is.

My Mood: Points: 4,226.16 Bank: 0.00 Total Points: 4,226.16 | nomadic....it may be nothing but i have had these bouts of exhaustion. its like you are hyper active for a few months, doing everything thats possible and then one fine day you are just too tired to do anything.
it a burnout...whats worked with me to leave everything, get out of my ritual of rush rush work and workouts and take more rest and chill out more than usual. try this for week so you really feel you dont need to sleep any more.
for exercise...get out of the norm...and do something like casual walking instead of brisk walking or just stretches.....neednt necessarily be a workout.
you could try that along with natural cleansing with loads of water.
just give your body a break.....hope this helps.

She is also concerned about Fibromyaglia. It's something that we've looked into in the past but never really did any testing on it. Soon as I get a good medical plan/ins I will be tested for FM.
I can't break this bout I am dealing with, I am still taking my vitamins and everything, but I am so exhausted and achy and depressed that it makes no sense.
