Any of you girls who are taking Femaprin or Vitex, could you please tell me how much you are taking? I just decided to try taking it due to lack of AF, hoping it would help me out. Did you notice any changes in your cm, the way you feel, or any other things? Has it helped you? How long have you been on it and has it given you the results you were looking for? I am so curious...
