I'm having lots of CM too but it seems to fluctuate between watery, creamy, and even a few bits of EWCM. My temps are low (they average like 96.5) so I'm not sure if I O'd or not. I've definitely had mild cramping/aching for the last few weeks so I'm not sure if AF is going to come back soon or what!

Is there any difference between Femaprin and Vitex? Also where do you buy Femaprin from?

Thanks

The first post in this thread tells all about the difference between Femparin and your regular Vitex products.

Also, there are several places you can order it. Here are a few....

Vitacost.com
luckyvitamin.com
iherb.com

If you order from iherb.com you can get $5 off of your first order if you use the code in my signature.

I ordered another bottle of Femaprin yesterday. I'm on CD 33 and I've been having a little cramping so we shall see what happens. I hope I don't have another really long cycle.

Have you thought about trying Lunaception with Femaprin? I have read that Lunaception works really well with herbs for regulating cycles. You sleep in dark (no light whatsoever) for cycle days 1-13. Then you sleep with a lamp on for cycle days 14,. 15, 16. Then you Go back to sleeping in the dark for cycle days 17-to AF, and repeat. It is supposed to help regulate your cycles within 6 months, but for some women it works immedietly. Sleeping in the dark, and then sleeping with light for a few days stimulates ovulation sometimes.

My Lunaception links post.... has more information and lots of links....

http://www.soulcysters.net/1890004812-post301.html

I think I will make a FAQ thread on Lunaception in case anyone else is interested.

I haven't started taking Femaprin yet, but DO have a question about it interacting with Soy?? On the TTC board a lot of women tell me that Soy and Vitex can cancel each other out. Would it work if i took the Soy first, and then started the Femaprin a few days after I'm done with the Soy??

Hi Girls , Can I join? I am going to start my femaprin today. I dont have periods at all unless I take the pill or something so hopefully this will help. Can I ask can femaprin help with acne and greasy skin?

How's everyone doing with the Femaprin?

AF arrived today, so I actually had a 40 day cycle this time instead of a 94 day cycle. I'm so excited.
