My plan was to continue taking it everyday, I need to get that off of my charting page. I may try to stop it and start it again each month. Not right now, though.

That's so exciting Herbsgirl! I am going to give Femaprin another month along with DCI, then start taking my BBT on a daily basis. I hope to confirm O too! Am TTC next year so I am trying anything I can now to get in shape for this (and the impending wedding helps to get my butt in gear too haha).

I have been on Femaprin for two months and have gotten my period on the 28th day exactly both months. So far I find this herb amazing. I never, not once in my life, gotten my period without being on birth control pills or provera. So, I am feeling quite normal lately. Although I do have to share that I am a bit crampier and the flow is heavier than I have ever had...but that is normal too. I have not checked to see if I have ovulated because I am not TTC right now but I suspect I am because I have gotten all of the signs ans symptoms of ovulation. Thank you all for sharing all of your experiences.
I wanted to add that I am losing more a lot of hair, not sure if this is related to femaprin or if it is the "normal" hair loss after baby...but I am 11 months post partum, so I doubt that. Any thoughts about the hair loss from any one.
I was thinking about starting femaprin and was wondering how many of you got pregnant using femaprin. I read through a lot of the pages but it doesn't seem like it's helping with pregnancy as much as it's helping with AF....just wondering.

I'm not preg yet but it has seemed to help alot. I think taking it with DCI has been the best idea yet. It seems the DCI takes care of IR and the Femaprin is finishing taking care of my hormones (more and better cm and af). I'm feelin' lucky this cycle and if I get knocked up this cycle I won't say it's all thanks to Femaprin but a combo of DCI and Femaprin. I'm sure the other stuff I'm taking is helping too, just not as much.

I am a die-hard Femaprin fan now! I've been using it for a little over a month, and I got my first honest-to-God period in YEARS (way more than I ever got with provera) and it wasn't bad! Kinda heavy, but not painful. I didn't have mood swings or anything like that! And then, a month later.... I got another period! (It's amazing the things you get excited about with PCOS, isn't it? That's why I like this board - women here understand the joy of getting your period on a regular basis.) I'm not TTC, just trying to keep a regular period going so that I don't have to take BCP or provera. Also - my facial hair is better!
So in general, one really happy camper!
Hi I just got back on this board after being gone for 6 yrs! I actually forgot I was a part of this board! Anyways I have PCOS and nothing keeps me regular except BCP. I went off them in March and havent had a period since. I heard about Femaprin 3 months ago and have been on it since then. No period yet but i am hoping it will come. Does anyone know if i can take progesterone cream with it?

after 5 months of taking femaprin i must say that i am not impressed. i have had 2 periods since june and i think that was because i was also taking NPC. now i am on CD 68 and still nothing. i take my femaprin religiously every single morning. i think i must give up. this is really frustrating. i just want regular cycles so i can have a child. i have been back on the workout wagon, although i am a slender gal. perhaps exercise will be my best option. we will see.
best of luck to everyone.
