Mrs WF~ Welcome, keep us updated on how things go.

Joyful- I think I would take both Femaprin in the Morning at the same time after I got out of bed, that is my goal when I take mine (I only take one though)

My2babies- The dose on the Femaprin bottle is one capsule a day. At this point, I am just taking one a day....Other girls are trying Two a day, which is fine, because sometimes we have to try and see how different doses work, each person and their situation is different, all of our bodies react differently. For an example, I take a special fish oil that is good for mood. The dose says 2 Per day. I take 5 per day! Just an example. I dont necessarily think its always the more the better, though. Sometimes we just have to find the right dose for our particular body and situation!

I found out that the Vitamin Shoppe in my neighborhood sells Femaprin and it's only 14.69 and they don't add tax. I already purchased a bottle from vitacost that should be arriving in the mail (and ended up costing more). So just so you ladies know, it is available at Vitamin Shoppe if you have it in your area. I ended up buying it at the store and took my first capsule today at 12:00 p.m. Hoping it works! I'll keep you updated.

Hi Ladies...
I joined earlier in the thread. I ordered femaprin and was doing great on it. I cramped after 3 weeks of it as if i was getting my period. Well i fell off the wagon and stopped taking them. I have been on a very strict diet the past 3 months and I have lost 50 lbs. So i think that also helped me. I got AF yesterday. My bb's and nips were sore and i had spotted one day like 10 days ago and i thought that was it. So good luck to all of you. I should have kept taking it but I guess things happened. Now all i need is a BFP!!! LOL
Good Luck
Stefanie

Does anyone know if these can be side effects of vitex?

-Anxiety
-metallic taste

My blood test for pregnancy came back negative and I got AF today so I know I am not pregnant. I got my thyroid test results back today and my thyroid levels are normal! I was shocked because I thought for sure it was high. I told the dr my symptoms but she didn't know what to tell me since my level was normal. The only thing different I have been doing is taking Femaprin.

Quick Question: Has anyone started having more frequent BM after taking Femaprin? I realized that since I started, mine have been more frequent...Just wanted to know.

Hi guys - just wanted to chime in as I've been on vitex for about 2 months or so. 1 month of regular vitex and almost 1 month of femaprin. I've been having mild cramps like AF is on her way for about 2-3 days now so HOPEFULLY she'll be here soon - I'm on CD 67 and am REALLY starting to get nerous.

Joyful 76 - I haven't noticed a metallic taste in my month but my anxiety has been like REALLY bad. I'm kind of a nervous person by nature but I have noticed since taken vitex it has been alot more. How long were you taking vitex before AF came?

Ms. WF - I wouldn't say more frequent per say - but I am more regular if that makes any sense.

Hi, I just have a quick question. I started Femaprin about 15 days ago and I am having a horrible problem with my face breaking out! I haven't had this bad of a breakout since hs!!! I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem? I haven't changed anything else, so the pills are all I can think of that might be causing this!

YAY! AF has made her grand appearance once again CD64.....Now, I wanted to know if any of you ladies know if I can take soy along with femaprin. I am on CD2 and wanted to give soy a try on CD5-CD9. Do you think I should stop taking the femaprin on CD5-CD9? Should I keep taking the femaprin only? If anyone has any input I would really appreciate it thanx!

From what I understand, you're not suppose to take soy and any kind of vitex at the same time bc they will cancel each other out. I've seen women on here take vitex, then stop for a few days to take the soy, then start the vitex again. So it's totally up to you what you do. HTH!!

If you google femaprin and soy it says that there is soy in femaprin, so I don't really see how they would cancel eachother out... I did both this cycle, I haven't O'ed yet, but who knows!
