Kim - I am actually still seeing my OB/GYN. I have to go tomorrow for another u/s so I am going to ask then about injectibles. He has not mentioned it just started talking IVF and how I am a good candidate. I just hate to go there if there is another avenue. I feel comfy with my doc b/c the whole clinic seems proactive/progressive, so I am not sure why he didn't mention injectibles.
I guess I will just stick with the baby aspirin and see where it goes. At this point I will try anything. I am going to double check with my doc tomorrow and make sure it is fine to take throughout my cycle.

Ahh -- Chamber -- now I see the issue. Most likely your ob/gyn won't do injectables himself b/c it requires a lot more frequent monitoring and blood work. That's usually when they refer you on to an RE. So see what he says, but that's definitely a step between femara and IVF that you probably wouldn't want to skip. Is the closest RE 3 hours away too?

I am not sure if the closest RE is that far away. I would imagine that there has to be one in this area, but am not sure. I am definitely going to find out tomorrow.
I just hate to jump to IVF when I know there might be another option. Of course, I've heard that injectibles can be really pricey too.

Okay, just looked up the aspirin issue on PubMed. Seems that the jury is still out. All the studies involve IVF, but the results are mixed as far as some saying it helps increase pregnancy rates and some say it has no effect. But no one seems to say it has a negative effect, so I don't see why you absolutely shouldn't take it. Even the meta-analyses disagree, so who knows. But it seems as though it can't hurt.

Yep, injectables aren't covered by my insurance and will cost me around $1500 - $2000 per cycle. Definitely pricey, but you're right -- a little less invasive than IVF. Keep us posted!
