Corey - Hopefully this won't happen with you, but progestrone turns me into a total witch. It gets so bad that I can't even stand myself!

I'm not convinced this is it, but I really hope it is, especially since DH and I BDed the past two days To view links or images in this forum your post count must be 10 or greater. You currently have 0 posts.
Jenna - The temp drop may be a good thing! A lot of people have a dip in temps before they O!

Jenna -- temp drop sometimes happens right before O, and then AFTER O your temp goes up and stays up.

Okay ladies...you guys are the total experts and I am going bonkers....
Had my u/s this AM, CD13 and all follies were <6.2mm.
So I sat down with all my treatment logs to look really closely at what we've been doing for the last 6 mons and realized that I've only had good follies on CD12 twice. The first with two follies around 20mm, and another with only only one at about 22mm. Another cycle I had an 18mm follie on CD14.
We've done two cycles where they never triggered me because at Day 15 my follies were all still measuring too small. BUT each of those cycles I'm positive I O'd. Both of those cycles I had positive OPK's on CD19.
I know that all of this would have been clear sooner if I temped, but I just can't seem to do it consistently enough. I'm like a bear awaking from hibernating every morning and I stumble out of bed like a zombie 5 days out of 7 without taking my temp.
I'm now starting to figure that without the trigger my luteal phase is about 11 days. Isn't this too short?? My RE has never mentioned progesterone, but should I ask her about this?? Would it be too late this cycle to take progersterone?? I'm afraid now that my chance of m/c could be high. And that a luteal phase problem is making this even more complicated.
I'm not giving up on this cycle, and if my Saturday CD16 u/s is no good, I want to ask for another on CD18, the day before I think I'm ovulating w/o trigger. But do you think CD18 is too late to trigger?? AF usually arrives on CD30 or CD31. I'm just afraid to 'waste' an IUI.
I'm sorry to be so rambly and sorry to miss personals...I'm just feeling extra confused tonite. I think I'm gonna try to call RE tommorrow.
You guys are the best...I don't know what I'd do without you all.

Jenna - Your temp going down could mean you are about to O. Watch your temps the next couple of days...hopefully they will go up!
Lonnie - An 11 day LP is borderline. From what I have read, some docs will say 10 days or less indicates a LP problem and some say 12 days or less indicates a LP problem. Your doc may be one of the 10 day folks. The biggest issue with a LP problem is giving the little fertilized egg a chance to implant and start making progesterone before AF starts. If you have an 11 day LP, that should be just enough time for the little guy to implant. I would talk to your doc about progesterone if you are worried. I have no idea if CD 18 is too late to trigger...I would think that any time you have nice sized follies a trigger would be OK, but I don't have any experience with it. I hope your next u/s looks good and you get your trigger and IUI!!
