Default Femara .... need information

Hey

I was just taken off met because I had a bad reaction to it, my gyno told me there isn't any other alternative but another SC told me tonight there is Femara. I haven't heard of it (I'm in Australia) and wondered if it's good for insulin resistance etc???

Any information or advice great appreciated

Femara is used to induce ovulation. I don't think it has anything to do with IR. You should talk to your doc about Glumetza or Actos. Hope I was of help to you.
