Anyone have any information on femara or know where I can read up on it. My dr. has told me that I will begin femara next cycle. Clomid wasn't working for me, so I am wanting to read something about it before I start taking it.

Try doing a search on in this forum for either Femara or Letrozole...

I also switched to Femara this past cycle.

Apparently Clomid stays in your system for a couple months after it has been taken, with Femara it leaves the body within a few days.

I found the only s/e that I experienced was a headache...

I am happy that I found this site...its very informative.
