I was just wondering if anyone else has tried taking Femhart. I went back to my NP (whom I trust very much) and she wanted to put me on BCP again. I said no way!!! They have never worked before. I asked her what the purpose of them was and she said that they were to regulate hormones. But I am TTC so I asked her if there was anything else that could supplement the hormones without providing the BC. So she put me on Femhart which is used for women who are in premenopause stages. They usually won't give it to women in the fertile stage because of risk of pregnancy. Well, duh!! I'll take that risk. Exactly two weeks into the pack I actually started my period. I was just wondering if anyone else has had any success with this pill. It has also helped with acne and hair growth too! I am beginning to feel like a woman

I think she actually meant they dont give to fertile women because you would not want to risk pregnancy while taking this medication due to the type of hormones it is. Good luck!
