Ok I ordered some FertiliTea and it arrived in the mail today. If you're not familiar with it here is a link for the info http://www.babyhopes.com/fertilitea-fertility-tea.html.

My first question is do you think it's safe to take this mix of herbs when I am on other meds? The meds I am on are listed in my signature. I tried looking for possible reactions with FertiliTea but couldn't find any.

My second question I hope doesn't sound too silly. Those of you who take fish oil (pills) do you ever notice fishy smelling burps or a fishy taste in your mouth about an hour or 2 after? Two days in a row now I've had both happen to me, I was just curious if it was just me or not.

Any feedback would be appreciated! Thanks!

I don't have this problem - and I don't take the pills. I use an oil that has to be kept in the fridge after opening. It has absolutely no fishy essence. It's kind of lemony.

Thanks for the reply. Maybe I should try the oil then. I have been taking these pills 3 x's a day like it says and I tried taking only 1 today and the same thing happened just not as strong as when I was taking 3.

May I ask where you got yours and the name of it?

I actually take the Omega-3 pills, and yeah, I do get that. It's like I ate bad Sushi. I know that my friend that has MS takes it too, (It was reccomended) And he has the same issue.

The ones I take have an enteric coating that reduces the fishy odor and after taste by protecting the softgel until it reaches the lower intestine. The bottle even says, "No fish burps." It is sold at most of the major drug stores: Nature Made Odorless Omega-3 Fish Oil with Special Coating. I haven't experienced any after taste or burpiness.

I take the fish oil pills and my suggestion is just take them RIGHT BEFORE you eat. I have taken them without eating and it is like I just ate a whol can of tuna and started burping. It is such a nasty feeling. But anyways, the only way I can get it to not taste that way is eating RIGHT AFTER I take them! That way it masks the flavor of fish (I hate to eat fish!) If you have already tried that, just disregard what I am babbling about! lol
