Hi all

I am currently taking Fertility Blend which contains vitex and other herbs which are good for improving fertility.

Last week I got the trigger shot to induce ovulation, and right now I am in the period when you wait for AF to come, or even better, a BFP !!

However, as I read in the instructions of the Fertility Blend, you need to stop taking it if you are on fertility drugs or if PG. So, I stopped on the day of the trigger shot and I have not taken it back since, until I take the PG test or my AF comes. I am using progesterone pearls ( Utrogestan ) for these 2 weeks to help implantation so I am not supposed to take the Fertility Blend with those neither.

The question I have is that if this same process happens for me every cycle, then I would be only taking the Fertility Blend during the first 2 weeks of the cycle until receiving the trigger shot, then I will have to stop taking it until I confirm PG or AF... will the Fertility Blend work only taking it 2 weeks of each cycle ?

I don't know what fertility blend is - what else is in it, besides the vitex? What do the directions say?
