Hey I am yesterday new and i am not sure what I am doing. People have these things by their names and bank and points and the slang is all new is there a users guide i cant even seem to get to my personal page ugh i am so lame when it comes to these things but I really wanted to branch out to people who knew about what I am going through.

Another question: I am wanting to post a question about Breastfeeding and the site won't let me post under the Breastfeeding Support thread because it says I have to have 10 posts first. What is this all about? Is there a way to tell what I can and can't view and post? It also won't let me view the links to the articles that some of the posters have mentioned.

No prob...totally understand about wanting to prevent lurking or inappropriate posts.
I was able to open articles in the Research Articles forum without any problems, but I didn't see anything addressing BFing and PCOS meds. I did a search and found some threads about BFing, but it looked like they were protected from me posting replies to them or seeing the links to research. I will just be patient until I have 10 posts!

Oooh, that's easy.. see a post that you approve of and want to help increase someones rep.. then on the bottom left of their post.. you see a set of what look like scales (probably are. ) anyways, click on that and then type in a small message of why you're sending karma.. can be as simple as 'Have a great week' or 'Sending you good karma' or praising someone on their post etc.. hope that helps!
Oh and to see karma you've received.. at the very top of the forum, you click User CP and then you can see it. But you probably already knew that!
