 A few very simple temporary hair removal suggestions
None of these techniques will be news to most of you, but after trying everything out there, these are the best simple hair management solutions I've found so far:
Threading-
I don't have much terminal hair on my face and neck, but I do have alot of what I consider to be intermediate hair - my hair is fine but still quite dark, long and very noticeable. I've found that threading works really well for this kind of facial hair and I would recommend giving it a try. Many salons offer the service and it is quite affordable. You can google it if you are not familiar with the technique.
Bleach-
For the same kind of intermediate body hair Jolen cream bleach is an amazing solution - I use it on my entire upper body and stomach (although my back is awkward to manage), and it makes a big difference. But it doesn't seem to affect very dark thick hair, so I pluck out the most noticeable terminal hairs.
Venus Razors-
And for those people who prefer to use disposable razors on their legs and arms, Venus Triple Blade razors are fantastic - the best I've ever tried (and I've used every razor out there). Unfortunately they are absurdly expensive, but honestly I find they are worth it. |
