I use Fibersure and add it to my water. It does not have any flavor to it at all. It has 5g of fiber per teaspoon and you can use up to 3 teaspoons a day. Although I do recommend that you start off slowly and build up to the maximum amount. If I don't take it for a while and take that amount it makes me gassy. (Sorry if TMI)
BTW, if you go to their website right now you can get a free sample. http://www.fibersure.com

I've been taking plain old Metamucil, which you can get at any drugstore, Walmart, etc. It's not great tasting, but you swallow it quick.
This is a weight loss trick that I read about, and have been trying out: Drink your fiber supplement about 15 minutes before your meal. In theory it will help fill you up and speed digestion, so extra calories pass through instead of turning into fat. I can't say if this is working or not (no big weight loss yet!) but fiber is good for you, so I figure it can't hurt to be testing the theory!
I also use the fibersure powder about 4 times a day and it's great! It does not add any taste or thickness no matter what you put it in. I take it in my oatmeal, tea, crystal light, protein shakes, etc... I even started putting it into some of hubby's food/drink (he eats NO fiber) and he hasn't noticed a thing...
