I'm sure I could do a search and see other posts about this, but I'm going to stick my question out here anyways...

Anyone deal with PCOS/IR/Diabetes AND fibromyalgia? I was diagnosed back in 2004, and probably have been dealing with it since 2002, a year after my PCOS diagnosis. It kicks my butt, and makes it hard to get the necessary exercise needed to mitigate the PCOS/diabetes issues.

Thoughts? Comments? Commiseration?
