Default figuring out my hair loss! HELP!

Hi girls,
I am completely stuck and confused and have been trying to find answers to my questions for a few months now. I can't figure this out so i was hoping that maybe someone more knowledgeable can help me out.
So last March i started taking BCP - orthcyclen
and in May and started taking 100 mg of spiro. My main issues were body hair and hair loss. By mid July my hair loss slowed down and life became beautiful again till December. For whatever reason my hair loss came back with vengeance and has been getting worse for all these 4 months ( i finally now have an ugly bold spot). I have been trying to figure out what could have triggered it but i seem to end up nowhere.
I had my testosterone both free and total measure and they both came back really low, my iron ferritin is 85 and Vitamin D is 95. TSH is 1.49 and estradiol is 60 pmol/l.
I had a whole bunch of other stuff also measured but these are the main once where i expected to find abnormalities but found nothing. There is a whole bunch of different ranges for estradiol and mine is low on all of them. I thought that while i am on the pill it cant be abnormal, but do you girls think that it's too low and could be causing my hair loss all the sudden?
Does anyone know what i should do??????????
XO :'(
