im due to have my first ever filling on 2nd december, do i have to stop taking metformin for this??

update: 3rd baby born 8th august, another girl, via 2nd sucessful vbac!

i just had a filling this last tuesday and didnt stop my metformin, i did inform the dentist i was taking it and he said it wouldnt affect treatment, i hope this helps.

It didn't cross my mind to mention it to the dentist but I had one a few weeks ago and all seems fine Well as fine as things can be when someone starts yanking your gums around!
