I don't know how much weight I've lost because I don't like to look at the scale, but I know I've lost some. My mom bought these pajama pants from Wal Mart for me a while back that were size 12/14 and they didn't fit at the time, but they fit me now. I need to start Met soon as well which should help with the weight...
I'm on my own diet. I completely eliminated sugar (except for fruits and stuff). It's sort of like the first phase of the South Beach Diet I guess. I eat vegetables, good meat, whole wheat bread, noodles, tortillas... stuff like that. I also have a cheat day once a week where I allow myself to have a sugary treat. Like Starbucks, Ice Coffee from McDonalds, ice cream and stuff like that. Back in January when I had a cheat day once a week and was regularly exercising, I lost 12 pounds in that one month. Unfortunately I've been slacking on the exercise part this time around, but I'm definitely working on it!
