Thumbs up Finally I got an answer...

Hi! I am new to this board and was just diagnosed with PCOS on Wednesday. After a year of Amenorrhea and no help from my local OB/GYN I went to a RE and got some answers. I cannot tell you how great it feels to no longer feel like there is something "broken" with me and now have a plan to move forward. After less than a week on metformin I have AF and am well on my way to ttc with my DH. I look forward to chatting with you all and sharing in our journeys.

Lori- 26
DH- 32
TTC since 12/07
Clomid cycles 9/2008-10/2008 BFN
PCOS 12/2008

Wow - are you me? I also had my first RE appt in Dec with PCOS Dx. After off and on cycles all of 2008 and TTC all of 2008, it felt so liberating to get answers!

Thanks for your message and good luck! Keep us posted on your progress!

So I have another appointment tomorrow after the letrozole treatment to see how I am progressing. Has anyone used Letrozole before and what can I expect?
